Madárhegyi luxuslakás

A Lakáskultúra magazin címlapjára került ez a munkánk, amire kimondhatatlanul büszkék vagyunk. A 3 generációs házban külön szinten élnek a generációk: a földszinten a nagyszülők 120nm-en, középen  a szülők 100nm-en, és a 4 tini lány az emeleten kapott egy-egy szobát, fantaszikus teraszokkal és kilátással Madárhegyre.

A tervezési folyamatba a legideálisabb időben csöppentem bele:  még csak vázlatok voltak az építész  tervezői asztalán. Belsőépítészeti szempontból ez azért fontos, mert a tervezett helyiségek falai és nyílászárói korlátozhatják a bútorok  elhelyezését.

A középső szinten a színvilágot az élénk kék Farrow & Ball falfesték és a  meleg barna francia halszálkás parketta alapozta meg. A nappaliban több  családi örökségből származó bútordarab is található, mint egy antik tálaló és egy antik komód.  Szükség volt egy jól funkcionáló és praktikus konyhára, ahol a pultba süllyesztett páraelszívó biztosít friss levegőt a főzés során. A nappali falait  gyönyörű kék szín övezi, ami kellemes összhangot nyújt a színeket kedvelő megrendelőimnek.

This new luxury living was designed over a year ensuring to pay close attention to every detail. Functionality is the key feature of the this brilliantly designed minimalistic space. The layout of the unit is comfortable and spacious, and most of the furniture is custom designed and built in.

I was hired to work on the interior design on tis new construction of 100sm flat located in the 11th district of Budapest, in Madárhegy near Budaörs. This location offers the proximity and easy access to the center of Budapest, as well as breathtaking views of the Buda mountains with the closeness of nature.

My clients are a lovely couple in their early forties’, who lived and traveled a lot abroad.

The opportunity came to me at the perfect time, when the architect only had the plans in an early stage. This allowed for me as a designer to see the process and also give my opinions, have my input on the layout.

The flat consist of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and ample storage. The beautiful warm tone of the chevron pattern wood flooring sets the mood in the house, and it complements the family heirlooms of a buffet and a commode in the living room.

This brand new building consists of 3 units. This amazing home has a smart and practical layout that separates the living area and the bedrooms on the two sides of the unit.
